Job Title: Integrated Master Scheduler III

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Master Scheduler III to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and directing work, coordinating efforts related to designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). You will apply principles of project management to develop large, complex schedules and perform program schedule analysis, including metrics, critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule variances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and direct work, coordinate efforts related to designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Apply principles of project management to develop large, complex schedules.
• Perform program schedule analysis, including metrics, critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule variances.
• Build and maintain a program-level IMS that includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources.
• Monitor OEM schedule performance, including weekly and monthly variances.
• Utilize Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
• Act as a scheduling subject expert and mentor the program staff regarding scheduling.
• Understand and have facility with enterprise-level scheduling software.
• Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and over 12 years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge in the use of MS Project.
