Salary: $73.1K to $141K (annualized USD); Commensurate with education & experience

Knowledge Management Specialist

Serve as a CYBERCOM Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist enabling the collaboration of operational data and providing JIO leadership with information to make informed decisions while assisting with developing and promoting knowledge management best practices within the JIO. Serve as a resource for internal business process design and development. Promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools while developing and implementing repeatable knowledge management processes for continual process improvement. Research and document sources of knowledge management training and develop and present knowledge management briefings to the JIO Staff. Integrate information from departments and function throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external clients. Train and educate internal users of the knowledge management tools. Develop reports to support operations, write knowledge.
